Shawn Taylor

Shawn Taylor

Owner/Managing Broker

Shawn grew up in Kansas but forged a love for the mountains in his teens via 10 hour bus rides for weekend ski trips to Colorado. A Kansas University graduate, he spent a notable amount of time in Vail, Colorado and went on to live at Schweitzer Mountain, outside of Sandpoint, Idaho. A real estate veteran of almost 20 years, Shawn has been involved in every facet of resort real estate, setting numerous sales records along the way. From introducing others to the mountain lifestyle he loves, starting a local real estate company and growing it to the top producing agency in the Sandpoint area, or managing the brokerage of Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club in Coeur d’Alene, Shawn has consistently risen to the top of his field. Based in Sandpoint, Idaho, Shawn’s biggest challenge and most rewarding experience has undoubtedly been raising triplet boys with his wife Lynn. Shawn coaches their many sports teams and enjoys giving them a new outlook on living in a mountain town. When not working, Shawn can be found living up to his “get kids outside” mantra.
